Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They order on the WhatsApp they already use. Payment happens through the normal M-Pesa prompt on their phone.
Which M-Pesa accounts does it work with?
Paybill and Buy Goods (Till) numbers through Safaricom's Daraja API. We help you get your Daraja production access during setup. Money goes straight to your own account — Tillflow never holds your funds.
How do you stop fake payment screenshots?
Tillflow ignores screenshots and “I've paid” messages entirely. An order is marked paid only when Safaricom confirms the payment and the amount matches the order total exactly.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Usually yes. The number moves to the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). We check your number during the demo and guide you through Meta's verification.
What if a customer wants to talk to a person?
They can type “agent” at any time. The chat moves to your team inbox and the bot steps aside until your staff resolve it.
Is Tillflow affiliated with WhatsApp or Safaricom?
No. Tillflow is an independent platform that works with the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Safaricom's M-Pesa Daraja APIs.
