Summary terms for evaluation. The binding merchant agreement is provided at onboarding and should be reviewed by qualified Kenyan counsel before commercial launch.

The service

Tillflow provides software for taking orders on WhatsApp, requesting M-Pesa payments and managing orders, stock and delivery. Payments are made directly to the merchant's own M-Pesa Till or Paybill; Tillflow does not hold merchant funds.

Third-party platforms

Merchants must comply with the WhatsApp Business Platform policies and Safaricom M-Pesa (Daraja) terms. Tillflow is not affiliated with Meta or Safaricom.

Fees

Prices in KES per month. One-time setup from KES 25,000 covers WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding, M-Pesa (Daraja) connection and loading your catalogue. Enterprise and ERP integration: custom quote.
