What we collect on this website

• Details you submit in the demo form: name, business name, phone number, business type and your marketing preference.
• Advertising source information (for example utm parameters or click IDs) so we know which ad brought you.
• If you accept cookies: analytics and advertising cookies from Google, Meta and TikTok to measure our ads.

Why we use it

To contact you about the demo you asked for, to improve our marketing, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional product updates.

Merchant and customer data on the platform

Merchants control the data of their own customers. Tillflow processes it on their behalf to run WhatsApp ordering, payments and delivery, keeps each merchant's data isolated, and supports access, export and erasure requests.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing. Write to hello@tillflow.co.ke.
